My focus and expertise are on online teaching-learning (formal/ informal setting) for nontraditional and transfer students in STEM and Medicine. I design and evaluate academic programs to support the success and retention of STEMM students, facilitate and manage the academic experience and learning processes of these students, conduct evidence-based research and practice theoretical framework in the field of academic success, and develop workshops for faculty and staff who serve nontraditional STEMM students. I also maintain and improve the STEMM culture at USG through collaboration with university partners, scientific, industrial, and governmental organizations.
